Sweet and Spicy Catfish

Make yourself up this dish wunst (cook this dish once) and you’ll be hooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wos-Wit Sweet Pepper Jelly
  • 3 cups panko crumbs
  • 1 tbs. olive oil
  • 16 oz. catfish, filet
  • Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Mix sweet pepper jelly and panko crumbs.
    3. Encrust entire fish filet.
    4. Cook for 15 min uncovered or until top is golden brown.
