1 cup Wos-Wit Sweet Pepper Jelly
3 cups panko crumbs
1 tbs. olive oil
16 oz. catfish, filet
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix sweet pepper jelly and panko crumbs.
- Encrust entire fish filet.
- Cook for 15 min uncovered or until top is golden brown.
