Wos-Wit Reuben

Combining two Wos-Wit favorites and adding them onto one piled-high sandwich is sure to delight your tummy. And leave your shirt all ferhoodled (messy).


  • ¾ cup Wos-Wit Sauerkraut
  • ½ cup Wos-Wit Bacon Dressing
  • 1 lb pastrami, sliced thin
  • 6 slices Rye bread
  • ½ lb. Swiss cheese


  1. Mix sauerkraut and bacon dressing until well mixed
  2. Place rye bread in toaster
  3. Heat pastrami on grill top until warmed
  4. Top with swiss cheese until melted
  5. Add a dollop of bacon, sauerkraut mixture on top of pastrami
  6. Place on bread and enjoy!
